Healthwatch Blackburn with Darwen are inviting those with experience of using Care at Home Services (Domiciliary Care) and their loved ones/carers to share their views. They are holding 4 forums across the year to discuss different topics based on what the public have told them already about the care they receive.

 The next Care at Home Forum will be held on Thursday 16th January 2020 at 1pm-2.30pm in Blackburn Central Library.

 This Forum will focus on Personal Health Budgets & Direct Payments. This is an opportunity to share your experience and ask questions.
